week off training and diet concerning postworkout shake

ok right now im cutting, and consuming 15 X bw -500 in cals per day, in about 2 weeks im gonna take a week off as i am positive i will benefit from it as my body needs oneeeeeeee. newayz in my cutting diet i figured out my cals by counting my 50 grams wehy and 75 grams dextrose postworkout, when i take this week off im still gonna take the 50 grams wehy though i know i dont want to take dextrose if im not training. my question is should i replace some food with this (if so it would be oatmeal) or since im not training and not burning cals will it cancel out, if i do replace is 30 grams carbs sufficient with oatmeal or should i still get around 75?
