Hey, thought I would post my progress because I know when I read other guys updates it helps motivate me. Currently in week 9 of an Anadrol (brazilian hemeogenin) and Ttokkyo Cyp. cycle. Cycle is/was as follows:
Anadrol weeks 1-4: 1 tab Mon-Fri
Cypionate weeks 1-12: Mon. 200mgs and Thurs. 200mgs.
The anadrol I split in half and took half in the morning and 6 hrs. later take the other half. I'm 6', started at 203lbs. and am now at 231 lbs, and 29yrs old. My strength is outstanding. I had my best bench in terms of weight tonight when I got 275lbs. up once. When I started I was lifting 205lbs. on the bench, so as you can see I have come a long way.
My diet has been so so. No excuse, but my work schedule is hectic. I try to get as many calories in as I can, I usually end up eating lots of packets of oatmeal throughout my work schedule and of course protein shakes.
