Starting week 9 of my 12 weeker of Omnas @ 500mg/wk
5'6'', 188lbs, approx. 14%bf
today was chest day...when i started i could only max 205 on the flat bench cause my left shoulder would hurt to bad, so i normally just did DBs instead of bar....but here recently i have been feeling good and was able to hit he bench
flat bench:

155x10
185x8
205x8
225x8
235x6
255x2 (had atleast 4 in me though, goal is to get 270 in 2 more weeks)
decline bench:
185x8
205x8
225x6
235x6
235x4
incline bench db's:
70x8
75x6
80x6
80x4
felt pretty damn good when i walked out of there
