Week 9 Results!

Starting week 9 of my 12 weeker of Omnas @ 500mg/wk
5'6'', 188lbs, approx. 14%bf

today was chest day...when i started i could only max 205 on the flat bench cause my left shoulder would hurt to bad, so i normally just did DBs instead of bar....but here recently i have been feeling good and was able to hit he bench

flat bench:
135x10
155x10
185x8
205x8
225x8
235x6
255x2 (had atleast 4 in me though, goal is to get 270 in 2 more weeks)

decline bench:
185x8
205x8
225x6
235x6
235x4

incline bench db's:
70x8
75x6
80x6
80x4


felt pretty damn good when i walked out of there

170lbs.....only thing i haven't gotten any taller yet....hoping the test would make me sprout a few more inches......lmao
 
that is some great strength gains brandon! keep it up dude. keep posting them. Ive never seen anyone post em on here, thats awesome.

you would hope that huh lol

anyway good job on the gains, i will throw caution to the wind though you did mention a touchy shoulder keep in mind muscles get stronger faster then ligaments and tendons couple that with test being said to decrease collagen synthesis ease the total weight up bro dont jump huge amounts....

yeah, i've cut my calories back now....i want to finish around 190.....working on trimming some bf now
