Week 7 Update

This my week seven it's my first cycle i started at 178 5' 11 at week five i maxed at 203 and now i feel like i'm stuck between 200 and 203. I'm on 400 mg deca per week and 50 mg winny every other day, plus 4 IU of GH per day seven days per week.
i'm going for 4 more weeks of deca and 20 more day of winny and another month of GH.
Strength way up and my skin never looked better not one pimple since i started the GH.
The only negative part is no sexuall heat "i guess its the deca"

I was thinking of adding Sustanon 250 to my gear to finish up my cycle week seven 500 mg and 250 for weeks 8-11, any advise?
 
Sust is too long acting to throw into the end of a cycle. It takes a good 4-5 weeks to start working well.
Good gains so far. Try
1) increasing food intake - you have another 25lbs almost and so need to eat a lot more calories to keep growing
2) consider changing up your routine
3) consider taking a week off - you may be overtrained, so when was your last week off?
 
I just started to increase my food intake about 1000 Cal. per day i'm taking about 4000 to 4500 cal per day.
I add it a nap from 5:00 pm to 6:00pm the only thing is my wourkout routine i dont know if i need to change it.

Monday: Major chest Minor Triceps
Tuesday: Major Back Minor Bicep
Wed: Squats, Leg press, leg extension
Thurs: Shoulders
Friday: Major Arms and minor chest
Sat: Leg Curls, dead lifts
Calves and stomach almost daily

I would appreciate any suggestion to my workout routine.
