week 6: update

Week 6:
Deca 400mg
Cypinate 200mg
Primoteston 250mg

My gains are a halt right now; I dropped 4 lbs (currently weighing 231lbs) after week4 when I stop the dbol. My strength is still going up, and my physique is getting tighter. Less bloat than when on dbol. My appetite is up, and I am eating about 8times per day with only one or two protein shakes. I hope that my next four weeks I will gain another 8-10lbs. their was day where my nipples itched, and where a little sensitive, but it was only for about 2-3hrs. No pain since or any other signs.
 
wow...looking good...keep liftin' heavy and stay consistent w/ the diet...i like the fact that you r limiting your shakes to only two/day...STAY CONSISTENT and you will not be dissapointed...GOOD LUCK w/ the rest of your cycle...
 
Make sure you do not let your self get satisfied with what you have gained. It is now time to up the intensity level even more. Make sure to keep adding weight and/or reps. When you lifts level off so does your gains.

Great job so far. Keep up the good work.

This is my 2nd cycle, started at 198lbs on Dec.31 2001.
i have put on 33lbs

the biggest problem i have is my quads, getting out of my pants.
3 1/2 years ago i was a Fat Ass, Weighing 255lbs all fat. so i still have clothes from then. my waist is 2" bigger than a month ago but i can still get into my pants.

why should one limit shakes? i eat like a horse, and drink 3-4 myoplexs a day.. is that too much? am i wasting the stuff?

I just rather get my nutrition from foods rather than processed foods. so i'll limit them to 2 per day.

"Drop Dbol due to some pain.
I was up to 235 on saturday to day down to 232.
i think drop a couple of pounds now that Im not on the dbols anymore.
still running deca at 400mg and Cyp 200mg Primoteston 250mg.
My strenght has increses some more.
I made measurements this weekend.
Arms are up 18" from 17" 2 months ago.
Thighs Up 27 1/2" from 25" 2 months ago
Calves 17 1/2" from 15" 2 months ago.
forearms 17" from 15" 2 months ago.
Waist 36" from 33" 2 months ago .
getting very vascular.
My bigggest side effect is not fitting in my clothes.
I feel great, and starting this week i will throw in 90 minutes of cardio Per week. Try to get rid of some the water."

NO I have Nolvadex at hand in case any signs. but i did not use when my nipples hurt the other day because they hurt for a couple hours only.

First Cycle was Sust only for 8 weeks @ 500mg/week
I gained 20lbs lost five. Started at 190 up 210, I got as heavy as 218lbs but my weight was at 210 mostly throuhout, flucuated quiet a bit. after this cycle I tried to get lean as posible naturaly before i began my real cycle. I just got my tongue wet with my first cyle.
When i weighed 190 i was at about 8%bf, i went to the Doctor's a couple of months after my first cycle, and he did a BF check.
I weighed 213lbs 11%bf.
 
great news... You have about 4 weeeks more to put on some more mass and to shed some pounds,. Keep the post up and keep us informed.
