Week 6 (deca/sust/winny)

Put on 18-20 lbs. Some strength,big hard on's, side's so far;some acne,red like a tulip.
Cut the deca300,last 2weeks of the Omna, also starting winny50 ed tommorow for 7 weeks finishing off the with rest of the Deca along with high protein cutting diet. Trying to find the 6 pack I never had.
We'll see, oh and got the Yohimburn on hand also.
 
looks good so far, some really good weight gains. remember diet is the key when cutting, u cant rely on the drugs, and dont lose to much weight, so u lose all your gains.

20 pounds in 6 weeks!!! good work.
to get your 6 pack going try doing the following, it never fails for me:
2 sets as many crunches as you can (or 2 sets of 50 on the ab machine)
followed by 2 sets of lower back exercises (where you lower your upper body forward and then raise yourself back up using your lower back)
followed by another set of abs (crunches or set of 50 on ab machine)
followed by 2 sets of leg raises on the dip bars (rest your arms facing forwardwith your elbows sorta locked by your sides and lift your knees up to either side and straight up).
