Week 5 of a sus250 and eq cycle. I'm running 400mg of tokkyo EQ and 500 mg of cyto sus250. I put on 6 pounds this week, just had my BF taken. I started at 5'10", 250 lbs at about 16% BF, had a bit of natural gyno and just general fatness everywhere, but had a solid base and decent strength (295 bench, 405 squat, etc..)
Now I weigh 253 at 12.5% BF, bench is 365 and squat is 495! All other exercises are up quite a bit too. I am much hungrier, but keeping a decent diet at 4500 cals, 350 g protein, 750 g carbs. I have noticied a bit of gyno (nip puffiness), but not much (not enough to use my nolv yet).
My pants are looser but my shirts are much tighter (can't even fit into some of them anymore, shoulders are too wide). I'll be running sus 2 more weeks and eq 5 more weeks. Clomid post cycle of course. I'll post a pic at week 8 and week 10 as I'd like to drop BF to 10 or 9 so as to not embarass myself
