week 4 updates

Just finished week 4 of 400mg eq/wk and have had absolutely no weight gain. Strength and vascularity have improved, especially the latter half of this week. Squats were up 20lbs over last week, dumbell press up 25lbs, and deadlifts up 40lbs, all over previous week. I start winny at 50mg/day on Monday for the next 6 weeks. This is my first cycle, and while I enjoy the strength increases, I'd prefer more weight gain. I wasn't expecting much off this cycle, but some weight. Hopefully the next 6 weeks will be more fruitful. The lesson I've learned: Include an adrogenic steroid (more so than eq) on every cycle! Oh well, maybe next time.

well, hang in there and the weight will soon follow. You're on a
pretty mild cycle. Eat more too. That's the main ingredient to
gaining weight on or off cycle.
 
Increase protein and caloric intake. I just finished my 4th week of 500mg eq/week and am up 10 pounds. I am trying to stay lean and get more cut up, but eq is making me hungry as hell, so I am eating more, but still doing some cardio and sprints. My abs look the same or even better from when I started. My arms, shoulders, and back have increased in size. I will be adding 20mg of anavar ed starting on Monday. I will run the anavar for 7 weeks. Just give it time. Best of luck.

Thanks for the responses. The eq has me eating like crazy, and not as clean as I'd like. I decided to toss creatine back in the mix just to get a little more water in me if nothing else.

IMO i think you should save the creatine for post-cycle. Start taking it when
uou do your clomid therapy.
 
You should really start to notice the Eq with in the next couple weeks, I would up the cals and protein intake and you will start to notice some weight gain. E-Mail me if you have any questions
