Week 4 update!!!wow

Hey fellas would just like to let u know how my cycle is comming.
As mentioned this is my fourth week. I am up 20lbs and my strength is way up. My body fat has not been checked But friends have told me that my waist line has not changed much.

My cycle looks like this

week 1-4 30mg dbol
week 1-10 450mg test Monday 1 sus Thuresday 200mg cyp
week 1-10 500mg deca
week 7-12 50mg winny
week 7-12 100mcg clen

of cource clomid at end.

I am dumbfounded at the amount of muscle/water which i have gained so far..
My current weight is 240lbs standing 6'1
A question to all, how much more weight should i expect to gain????

Should i start to cut back on caloric intake starting week 7???

Oh about my diet if you care,
Meal 1 weight gainer and 1/2 cup oats
meal 2 usually a sandwitch of some sort
meal 3 post workout shake and some pasta
meal 4 usually chicken/steak
meal 5 1/2 cup oats and fruit
meal 6 large dinner
meal 7 soy protein shake

Keep in mind this is what foods i usually eat. Once a week i usually go for pizza and Dont be surprised if i through down a tripple cheeze burger once a day.lol

Good shit bro, reading your post hypes me up to start my next cycle which is in two months...I cant wait:p ...Iwould love another 20lbs.
 
I usually gain the majority of my weight in the first 4-5 weeks.....I would keep the calories high all the way through post cycle and beyond....especially if u are looking for size....it will help ya keep your gains.
 
Are you using arimidex or other anti estrogen? You might want to include the clen during your post cycle recovery period. I noticed most of my weight gains during the first 6 weeks. Nice gains so far. I agree with what Burgboy said.
 
That is another thing, this time around i am using no anti estrogens.

I will be using clen after my cycle aswell. I will use the 2 on 2 off method.
 
anyone have any comments about my diet twards the end of my cycle. I am going to want to loose the water weight and maintain gains. While also hardening up a bit.
