Well, I just started my 4th week of my Anavar (Ox) only cycle, and I figured I'd chime in here and let all of you who are curious know the deal.
First off, this is my first time on Ox. Can I just tell you how much I love this stuff? The first thing I noticed was that within the first week I started to look and feel jacked all the time. It's awesome. I started to get a constant feel of being pumped.
The strength increase wasn't too noticable in the first couple of weeks. Kind of slow to moderate. But then on week #3 I started to feel like I could lift a freakin' horse over my head. My weights have gone up adecent amount, where I was originally stuck at a frustrating plateau.
Now I'm in week #4. I am really jacked looking most of the time, and my definition has gone way up. I'm now starting to see all those freaky striation lines from my muscles that have been a bit hidden. I look like I'm carved out of wood when I wear a tank top. Everyone keeps asking me what I'm doing to look so good, and how I got so jacked looking. I'm defintiley getting a lot more attention, and getting noticed in busy places by the girls.
Now, mind you that I wanted to go on Ox because I wanted to stay lean and hard looking, not bloated and watery. So I haven't gained freaky size, but rather moderate size that looks dramatically more effective due to the big increase in definition and hardness, along with that constant pump feeling.
It's just awesome.
My cycle is very simple, and was researched by asking a lot of mods for advice, and searching around on the threads. I take 40mg a day, split in the morning, and at dinner. I take it with grapefruit juice to help absorption. I added creatine to the cycle. I've been eating a TON of protein, and taking ginger and papaya to help with my digestion. I've been making my workouts count, but also making my rest periods count as well. You have to work hard to see the reults you want.
Also, I've been taking the tTokkyo tabs. I didn't want to mess with the others, because there seems to be too many people questioning the validity and purity of those caps. I know it's more expensive, but if you're going to do something like this, do it right. Do your research, ask questions.
My only problem with Ox is that I know in 4 weeks I have to stop taking it, and I don't want to! I know that I have to stay off of it for as equal a time as I've been on it, and I really hate the idea of having to go off of it for 8 weeks!
Next time I will up my dose to 50 or 60mg/day.
