week 3

cycle:
500mg test enanthate wk. (250mg e3d) first cycle.
started at about 185 lbs. currently 190+ it fluxuates 2-3lbs.
lift gains are incredible. bench is up 35lbs
squat is up 65lbs
avg increase on all lifts is 50+lbs.
workout is
mon.chest-tris
tues.back-bis
wed.cardio
thurs.shoulders
fri.legs-calves
sat.cardio
sun.off
pct is. nolva 2 wks after last shot
im lovin it doin good so far and the pumps in the lower back and legs is unbelievable at times. started with headaches but went away, got some test flu but went away. no probs at this point. i do have night sweats big time though. any way this is my progress.
 
Wow thats pretty amazing for 3rd week on Enth. Usually does not kick in for me until about week 4. Keep up the good work!! PEACE
 
Sweet! Keep it up bro. Did you have your bf% checked before you started?? I bet you'll drop a bit in bf% as well.

looks good bro...no HCG for PCT?? hmmm? How long your running the Nolva? i think you should drop the cardio..just my $0.02

Keep doing your cardio. It will help keep you leaner and keep your cardiovascular system in shape. It won't hurt your gains. Ronnie does cardio year round, as do a lot of top pros. If it doesn't hurt them, it's not going to hurt you.

Not necessarily, since your body's ability to repair itself is higher, but cardio isn't much use now since most calories will be used to build muscle since your body extremely anabolic right now. On the other hand, when you're eating a lot but aren't on AAS, your body isn't nearly as anabolic and some of those excess calories can turn to fat, so cardio would be useful.

Do some cardio, but don't do too much. Anything over 30 minutes 3 times a week would be useless in my opinion. Just do a little bit after your workout, but don't spend more than ~ 1 hour on weights+cardio.

deff bro, especially if your bulking...doing cardio for however long your doing it is burning up the cals you need to grow (wont really hurt you).....but i would drop it and if your doing good on your cycle you will do alot better w/out it...also i would get some HCG for your PCT.

what kind of Test E? QV? is this ur first cycle if not what were previous cycles? nice job

i did look into hcg when i planned my cycle but b/c it is a low cycle i fig that nolva would be enough. in your oppin. would it be bennificial to add the hcg to my pct?
if so then i would say 500iu eod wk 1-3(pct) 20 mg nolva ed
20mg nolva ed wk 4-6.
