Week 2 update...Man does it suck!!!

oh man, this cycle is weird. My strength is good not great, I 've only picked up about maybe 7 pounds so far and the second week is over. Not only that, I have acne real bad on my face because of the d-bol, and I'm getting really angry lately(think it is the roid rage). I up my Test dosage to 750mg starting the second week and will continue that dose until week 6, because that's all i have enough for, then i will drop it back down to 500mg. I'm still popping those tokkoyo d-bol at 40mg, but I want the acne to go away. So far gyno has not peeped it's head but I am very prone to it, so I expect a visit very shortly. I've been taking 10mg of nolva for that and some chyrsin(i know that shit sucks). But I'm still injecting the deca at 200mg a week just for my back......but my back hurts more than ever. I start week 3 today, I hope I will start getting big soon, I am very unpatient. Mt diet is alright, about 4000-5000 cals a day and about 200-250 grams of protein a day. I started at 195lbs, now I'm at about 202, with all the sides in the world. I'm thinking about dropping the d-bol and selling the rest to my buddy because my face really looks bad. I need help big time guys!!! :confused:
 
For the acne, get some Retin-A gel or accutane. Harsh stuff, but it works! Also, try to shower a few times a day just to be safe. Might want to increase your protein to a little more than 1g per lb of body weight...try 1.5 to 2g per lb, but drop a few cals from carbs and fat to keep you at or near 5000kcal a day. Good luck! I get real bad acne when I cycle in the summer but on my arms and back not my face. That must really suck since you can not cover it up. The only thing that I have found that works is to keep yourself clean as possible. Wash as soon as you are done working out, do not sit around in sweat at all. I have never used retin-a but if your acne is that bad you may want to try it. How old are you? If you are in your teens or early 20's you may just have to save some drugs for when you get a bit older. Also, i know that diet affects acne greatly since when I cycle in the offseason I always get it on my back but pre-contest(when my diet is clean) I never have a problem with it. And I use the same type of drugs all year so that is not the difference. Drink a shitload of water and eat real clean, that may help.
 
Not enough protein

First thing I'd do is up your protein intake. At 195lbs I'd say try to get at least 1.5 to 2gms of protein per pound. Even at 1.5gms/lb that's still 290gms. I'd shoot for 2gms/lb though! Good luck!
