what s up i decided to post my cycle and results , seeing how motivating it was for me to follow other threads and their progress. today is the day after my second shot. im running :
wk1-12 andropen275-550/wk
wk1-10 deca-300/wk
wk1-4 d-bol naps-35mg/day
pct includes hcg, nolva
i also take milk thistle , liv52 ,and a multivitamin
stats are :
24 y/o
230 lb
6'1
b/f estimated at %17-%18
the first shot was on 05march07. i run 300 of deca and 1 ml of andropen in the same injec, and i follow up 3 days later with my second ml of andro. i dont mind doing shots, i work in a clinic and give shots all day so that is a bonus. my ass was sore for two days afterwards. yesterday i started my second week and my morning weight was 235lbs wich is a 5 lb gain. all of it is water and im bloated. I did not start to notice any strenght gains untill around the 5th or 6th day and it was incredible. so far i am loving the d-bol. im with out a doubt stronger and the extra reps feel great. I train on a 4 day cycle with 2 days off wich i do cardio. my diet is clean as i cannot afford to put on to much extra fat in the gut. i gain weight really quick , and it always goes to the gut, so i will be doing cardio 4 days a week. i am really thinking about running some winny at week 7-12 to clean up a little bit. ill up date weekly and post before pic next week.
