week 2 and a half into dieselbolan

just wanted to say this shit is no jokes. i gained about 16 pounds so far. 8 of 9 of it was muscle memory which came back within the first 6 days. bench went up 10 pounds for 8 reps from 1 bench day to the next. dont even know where its at now, im concentrating more on dumbells and size buiilding workouts. i defnitly look leaner too. threw some gear + big blast into the mix too. im getting alot better gains than i did with beast. even strength gains are better. and less sides. but my joints are starting to feel a little shitty. thats my only complaint. i thought that joint pains werent expected from diesel. but idc i feel great. everyones tellin me i look alot bigger too. the only thing that sucks is my pre-existing gyno. which i cant wait to get removed.

anyone else in the middle of a diesel cycle feel free to post how its going
 
plan on buying it in a month. birthday present to myself.

make sure you run the hcgenerate with it. i didnt use it for the first week and a half and my balls shrank a little.

i used hcgen the whole time with beastdrol, and i really didnt think it was doing anything. because my balls stayed completely normal and libido and everything else stayed the same. so i didnt notice a "change". but now that i see what happens without it (and beastdrol is supposedly harsher than diesel) i realize how much it actually did for me
 
I'm on the middle of week 2 right now. As of Monday I've gained 4lbs off my first week ( I always check my weight on Mondays). Sucky part is I got a head cold this past weekend and it was the worst on Monday- regardless I still went to the gym and threw up 80lb dumbells for 8 on flat/incline/decline bench. That is something I've never done before so I was definitely pumped especially since I did it while being sick as shit.

I took yesterday off- both work and gym and went back today for a great bicep/back workout.

I'm running Diesel, tons of protein, creatine, lots of calories. Thats it. I'm hoping to gain another 10lbs by the end of my 4 week cycle.

What esle you running with it?

diesel 3x a day.
big blast 3x day
gear pills intra-workout. and before bed and when i wake up
dymatize 12 hour protein ( whey casein soy egg all that shit)
forged liver supp x 2
forma stanzol
hcgenerate around 8 a day since i missed the first week.
was taking n2slin with my pre workout shake and meal ( i thinkthe best way to use it) but ran out
some beta alanine pills from gnc, and / or anavite pre workout.
fish oil and multi

diet - shit loat of oats. beef, tuna brown rice, whole wheat noodles. salmon from shop right. grilled cheeses lots of peppers and vegetables frozen fruit in smoothys and shakes, alot of whole milk. eggs. plus alot of cheap canned food from wal-fart really helps. like the cans of vegetables for like 67 cents each. i wish i could get fresh vegetables everytime but keeping up with all the food when youre trying to gain muscle is just too expensive. i get the cans of chili there for a dollar too and just add peppers and shit to it and more beef. shakes with oats, big blast raw eggs sometimes, protein, milk, peanut butter. fruits. basically trying to eat everything i can that can actually be considered food. ( pop tarts and hot pockets are not food)

its hard to say where my strength is at because ive been doing different workouts everytime. but when i checked on monday i was around 176 177 which is the biggest ive ever been. did a whole body workout yesterday for the first time in a long time. and had the craziest pump i ever had probably. i looked like i was 190 pounds no jokes. kinda crazy my shoulders and biceps were so pumped up i could barely move my arms and took a while to get my shirt off. ive been taking a day off here and there to give my liver and kidneys a break. and to help with calf pumps at work. so ill probably get 35 days out of the bottle of diesel for a 5 week cycle.
 
Damn dude that is a great diet. I don't think I can fit that much into me throughout the day haha

lol i dont eat exactly the same everyday. all of that is probably in 3 days. but i basically eat the same foods in a 3 day period now that i think about it. 1 day i might eat a pound and a half of beef, but the next eat salmon and tuna. probably the least "clean" food i eat right now is corned beef hash. theyre like a dollar a can in walmart and got 40 grams of protein. and really good muscle food i think. but they got the nitrate and nitrite shit in them.
 
Yeah the cost definitely sucks to keep up with a good diet. Whenever I go to the store I'm shopping for myself, my 4 year old son and my wife who's now 5 months pregnant. So I can't really stock up on the stuff I'd like to get since we need other stuff for her and my son (He's not into PB Sandwich's everyday!)
 
Thanks for posting your diet. I'm in the same boat as far as eating semi clean. I have a hard time choking down 3k cals a day.
The canned corned beef and roast beef hash is a treat for me. Fry it up the cover it with heinz 57....I think I just gained a pound thinking about it.

congradulations on having a baby on the way!! im tellin you man just stock up on those cheap cans. i went to walmart got like 15 cans of vegetables, 5 or 6 cans of chili and corned beef hash, alot of tuna. and peanut butter ( the peanut butter is only like 1.50 for the big tub. then i did the rest of my shopping at shop right.

i just dump a can of mixed vegetables into a pan with some olive oil, dump a can of tuna in there, a few eggs. a perfect muscle building meal thats cheap. tuna doesnt only have to go with mayonaise.

yeah dude and the hardest part for me is all the oats i think its really hurting my appetite. its so hard to eat clean. but for getting down the cals, corned beef hash and roast beef hash i think is perfect, especially when you add a few eggs/

its hard to say because my results wont be like anyone elses i think. let me explain. i did a beast cycle a couple months back, but i had to cut it short at 3 weeks because i got really sick and fuckin painfully constipated at the end. dont know how it happened or what exactly it was, the doctor didnt really know either. i started at 158, got to about 169 or 170. but then lost alot if it from being sick. so i pretty much went back down to 160. but kept just about all of my strength.

when i jumped on diesel almost 3 weeks ago, starting at 160 i got all of my muscle memory back almost instantly, i was at 169 the end of week 1. now im around 177, maybe a little more idk i try not to weight myself everyday.

if i didnt do the beast cycle kinda recently, i would assume that my weight would be around 173 or so.

as for training, i did deadlifts, shrugs and calf raises today. kind of a different workout then id usually do, but im switching up everything. different workouts every time and its working great so far.

tomorrow im doing a full body workout except for things i did today. i usually dont like the full body workout cause i like training almost everyday. and i never workout the same muscles without 2 days of rest. but the pump i got last time was just rediculous. so im gonna give it another go and see how it works for me.

Good Idea on the canned stuff, I may have to take a run over there today and check out all of the labels.
 
3 weeks in today. im at 180 pounds today for the first time. alot of progress in my upper back and upper chest. im trying to connect the veins from my left shoulder to my right shoulder and im just about there lol. my goal for bench squat and deadlift are all 300. bench last week was 275x8 up from around 260x5. id like to see where its at now. squats and deads i go for higher reps. stand up hammer curl bar 130x8 up from 110x 12 my incline curls are probably up 10 pounds.
 
Really sounds like you doing good, keep on updating, thinking about stocking up so I got for the next years if this is worth it ;)
 
thanks dudes. yeah id love to get a few bottles stocked up. who knows when everything else is gonna get banned. but probably sooner than youll think.
 
Definitely, I'm trying to buy a bottle or two with each paycheck.

I'm starting my 3rd week of Diesel today, I'll post up how much weight I've gained after I head to the gym this afternoon.
 
Kinda bummed, I didn't gain a pound from last Monday. I'm hoping its because of my head cold I had but who knows. I'm just going to kick my ass for the remainder of the cycle and hope for the best.

On a side note- sides are next to nothing.Balls seem fine, still horny, and I'm actually in an awesome friendly mood. Compared to Beast when I felt like I was king shit, I feel more care free and happy. I'm hoping its not an estrogen thing but oh well (see what I mean! Haha)

yeah i felt like shit on beast and unhealthy. i had alot of sides.

the sides im getting on dieselbolan are back pumps, shin and calf pumps, and i felt short of breath for the last week. which is getting alot better now, but was bad for a day or 2. idk really what it was. i havent checked my bp, but i dont think its raising that much. because i get nose bleeds and headaches when it does. definitly nothing compared to superdrol.

but dude idk how youre not gaining. maybe dieselbolan just doesnt work that good for you. or maybe youre one of those ppl that build up tolerances really fast. up your carbs and up your reps. 20 rep sets with shorter breaks in between is my sweet spot right now for building size. concentrate on those pumps. are your workouts plateauing? what is your diet?
 
Sorry I was typing on my phone last night- I meant to write on beast I felt like KING shit. I felt pretty damn good on that, but had the arrogance about me like I was better than everyone else. Definitely more edgy but I wasn't out of control or anything.

I think my problem could be from a few things-

1. My carb intake isn't very high, I have a very high protein and decent calorie intake but carbs aren't really up there. I'm pushing that up this week and next.

2. I waited 4 weeks between cycles of Beast/Diesel. Maybe not long enough for everything to equal out- probably should've gone to 6 weeks between cycles. The 4 weeks includes my PCT as well- so literally 4 weeks to the day I stopped taking Beast, I jumped back on Diesel.

3. I got sick and my immune system is already low due to my Crohn's disease (and my meds for it that I take daily) so it takes my body longer to bounce back.

I'll see how the next two weeks go, but I will definitely give Diesel another shot in the future once I give my body time to equalize back out.
 
Oh yeah,

My workout generally consists of lower reps higher weight. Should I swap that around and go for lower weight and higher reps? I definitely have to give less breaks between sets, I've noticed that I let my pumps slow before I jump back in for the next set. Part of my issue is that my forearms have gotten pretty sore over the past week since I've been upping my weight so much.

I'll give the lower weight higher rep routine a try.

yeah give it a try dude. youre probably only building strength with those low reps.
 
update. my weight is slowing down. im just about 181 or so. still up 20 pounds in almost 4 weeks. yesterday was chest/tris. benched 285x7 then 290x3 . then underhand benched 185. my strength is still goin up alot. def. more than it did on beastdrol. gonna order some more hcgenerate to throw in pct.
 
where the strength gains better than the strength gains on Beastdrol?
 
For me, definitely not. Granted I used beast after getting back in the gym after a 6 year hiatus. I worked out solid for a month and jumped on Beast. I gained 14 lbs and pretty much doubled all of my weight in every excersize.

Diesel has increased my strength as well but not nearly what Beast did- Like stated before- I think I screwed this cycle up by not taking in enough carbs and getting sick.

I'll definitely be taking a nice 6-8 weeks off of PH's then trying Diesel again.
 
tomorrow will be 4 weeks. i got enough diesel and forged liver left for about another week. it feels like its starting to wear off. im not getting calf pumps at all anymore and dont really "feel it anymore". with 1 more week im gonna really step it up. 2 more pounds of big blast 14 pounds of beef and 7 bags of the boil in bag rice along with eggs and oatmeal and all that other shit for the next 7 days. hopefully i wont throw up. gonna try to reach 185 pounds. any fat i put on only lasts for 1 day so idc about that. also ordering another hcgenerate gonna throw it right in with pct also. i will update with pics too at the end of week 5.
 
i ended it at 4 weeks instead of 5. just to stay completly healthy. and so i can get back on another cycle by november or so. i havent lost any weight yet at all. im still 180-182, but i dont feel like i look 180. kinda hard to explain but it feels like my size condensed a little. im tighter and harder but a little less volume i guess. i reached my goal on the bench for 300 yesterday. did it 3 times im still gaining. pct is unleashed, post cycle, formastanzol, and still taking my left over hcgenerate, but thinking about getting a bottle of bridge to throw in instead. for a little more blood volume. my appetite is back also. it was a little suppressed when i was on the diesel
 
Nice Bro! 300 is a ton of weight!

I hear ya about the "look" feeling when you off. Its all in your head beleive me. If your weight is the same, you look the same. When I got off Beast I felt like I shrunk back to what I started at and thought I was small- I literally asked my wife daily if I looked smaller and she kept reasurring me I didn't. Granted I lost about 4 lbs total after 4 weeks of being off but it wasn't enough to make a huge difference.

thanks dude. yeah half of it is in my traps. been doing underhand shrugs with like 145 pounds just holding really tight instead of going for reps. im gonna try to incorperate that technique into my other lifts. i just ordered 2 more bottles from the sale. i might even get some more seeing how alot of this stuff keeps getting banned. i cant wait to run a test and diesel cycle.

update - added bridge to my pct today. bridge is not supposed to be for pct but reading the ingredients it looks likeit would be great in pct too. my weight is dropping a little bit also. could be water weight from 92 degree heat wave were getting and working outside all day though.
 
over 1 week into pct. still around 180 pounds. this stuff was lingering in my system for a few days too. went for a run a few days ago and had to stop i thought my shins were going to explode.
 
runnin diesel right now, im up 5lbs, have leaned out, and look alot bigger. stacking dimethazine with max lmg was genius!.

oh, I also decided to throw in 10mg of m1t e/d. started sunday. unbelievable pumps already!

yea, only 2 days in, and I already look bigger. arms feel tight and pumped just from bending them. stuff is no joke. im curious to see what the next week will bring.

gonna make sure to get some n2guard for the cycle thats for sure.
