week 1 test/eq cycle update

hey guys, just an update for those that are thinking about a test/eq cycle or just FYI. first cycle of cyp/eq at 1g first 2 weeks then 500test 600eq for next 8.

TRAINING
training was very good this week. everyday i was pumped to go to the gym, probably because i knew i had juice in me :) been doing heavy weights, 4-8 reps and to falure on the last set. i set two personal highs this week, one in incline dumbells, 95lbs, and another in leg press, with 14 plates. so i was happy about those. hoping the strength will increase over the next few weeks.

DIET
diet has been very clean for the first week. been getting in around 4000-4500 cals/day so far. may be upping them to more constant 4500. protein also been high at around 400g. fats been comming from EFA and peanut butter. seems like eq hunger may have kicked in already, always eating!!

RESULTS
well its only been one week, but my weight did increase. started at 178, and weighed 181 today so 3 pounds so far. strength has increase i think, may be mental though. bodyfat seems to have stayed the same. dont think any water weight because of the liquidex at .5 eod.

well that is it for week one. if this goes over well, i'll keep a weekly update just like this one. let me know if you guys have any comments. thanks!
 
actually nips were the first 3-4 days of cycle.... got my liquidex in monday, and all has been good so far. my blood levels should be at their highest next week so looking for some good gains very shortly!!
