If you look at the speedo there is an inner ring with higher numbers that is clearly marked "km/h" so yeah the dude is doing 200+ mph.

Sermon is correct. there is no way in hell that bike is going 220 mph. First off the Hayabusa only goes about 185-190 mph stock. To get it all the way up to 220 mph with the ease that that speedometer went would take an insane amount of horsepower, the kind of horsepower that you'd only be able to get on a bike with either a turbo or NOS I think, and that bike did not sound heavily modded. Plus, at 220 on a bike, the wind shear would be so loud you'd barely even hear the engine.

Looking at the comparison of how fast the road is moving in comparison to the needle moving on the speedo, my guess is the speedo looks like it was tampered with.

OK that I will buy. But the speedo itself was reading 220 MPH, that's all I was asserting.
