Dude weed is good @ anytime in life!!! I do it even before I lift, some people would say I am crazy, and they are right but I get in a mind set that lets say is not normal and can push a bit harder because I can focus on things better, once in a while I smoke toooo much before the gym and then all that backfires, and I start spacing out and checking the bitches out ect.. so I would say to what YOU feel is right, but dont drink on a cycle I did and I swear I could feel pain in my liver! so that was a one time deal!
