wedding bells for my stepdad

last night my stepfather (my mom's second husband. they divorced 5 years ago) announced that he and his gf are getting married in costa rica the end of april.
this makes his second marriage (first was to my mom) and her second.
My mother has been married 3 times (first to my father, then my stepfather, and now to her third husband, andy). Andy has been married four times, although nobody knows about one of those so he says this is his third marriage too.
My father was married 3 times also (first to my mom, then to the mother of my half brothers, and then his 3rd wife, nancy).
Nancy was married 3 times also - Two of them passed away, and she is now considering remarrying her first husband again.
I can't friggin' keep up and christmas is getting insanely expensive!

One of my high school friends got married at 22, divorced about a year later, then remarried the same girl years later. That failed again, I think....I can't keep up anymore.

i bet thats kinda common- people marry someone before you've both matured and it doesn't work out till you're older.

lol... add to that the fact that both my mom and i have completely changed our first and last names a few times, and my legal papers are a foot high.
If i go to my stepdad's wedding like he wants me to, i have to get a passport.

My parents were married for fifty years.

My parents hit 30yrs this year. Even though they are 'no values' New Englanders, I bet they go 50 yrs, if my Dad makes it.
