websites down at same time?

Maybe its just me but does anyone else realize that the #1 site for fina, the tornel site and the tokkyo site are all down at the same time. The tornel went first, then tokkyo, now the fina site(V). The first 2 are no big deal but what's up with the 3rd? If anyone has any info on this please post cause the (V) was always operating fine.
