Web Page Help??????

I have a webpage I made with Trellix ( I know big fucking mistake) But the biggest mistake was not making a copy of it. When my old computer went down and I had to reformat the hard drive I lost all of it.

So now I have a web page that I can't do shit with because it is in a form that I can't change. I was told to download the pages and then open them in Frontpage or a program like it. But if I try to do that it says the program doesn't work in frames?

Anyone have any ideas as to what I can do besides starting over?

Or should I drop back 10 yards and punt?

if you can view the pages with a browser, frontpage should be able to import the site. there is a special function for it, you have to give him the root address and than frontpage copies all pages to your local harddrive.
