Weakest dude at EF???

Could it be......................me?


Loads of excuses etc. Worked out 7 times since May.

Struggled on 2nd rep with 315 on dead lift after some prelim sets.


I am................weak.:(

Back in my days in the Army, the do this charity thing CFC (forget what it stands for). But it's pre-tax money donated to your favorite charity.

So as I joke I sign up to give 40% of my pay to the Monkey Helper's Association. I figured when I got out of basic, I'd change it.

Totally forgot about it for two years. My wife called me one day and said I had a plaque from some monkey helpers thingy. Turns out there is a WING at their training facility named after me!

I shit you not.

for my size probably me, Im 5'6 190 bench 205 1rep max,incline 185 rep max squat 235 1rep max dead 265 1rep max, but I dont train for strength aslong as I grow im doing something right

I am taller and weight less. My lifts are significantly lower, too.

Out of the people that actually work out, I'm pretty sure I'm the weakest.

i can only curl the 35s for 10, maybe 11 on incline db curls. my arms are over 16"

someone beat that. even better if you're female

the weights are steadyily increasing,I also took 8 mths off this year, but I really dont need to move big weights to grow

No, its definately me. I'm so weak I have to lie about my lifts online, and claim I lift what I average bodybuilder my size should be lifting while on juice. When everyone demands pictures photos, I "conveiniently" become a college student on a tight budget who can't afford the equipment to make videos and post them online, because every pennie I have goes towards my grocery bill and an occasional date. I bet anyone one this thread could make me look like a little girl in the weight room... especially on any type of deadlift.

Well you might not be the weakest- but you sure can't spell definitely, conveniently or penny worth a damn!

LoL, despite being very intelligent I have a learning disorder that effects my spelling. There isn't a lot I can do about it. Sorry. It helps if I take the time to do my posts in Word with a spell checker, but it takes to long.

i started as a really skinny guy, so i mean my starting lifts were laughable...so granted over the 3 years ive been lifting ive put on ~40lbs of lean mass, my lifts are still pretty laughable
curl the 40s for 6, benching 160 for 6, squat 220 for 6, dealift 220 for 6, ...you get the idea

Here are some of mine, theyre most likely significantly lower than most people here:

I weigh 209 at 16% BF.

Bench 200 for 1 rm.
Deadlift: 275 for 4, havent tried a max.
Squat: 300 for 8, havent tried a max.
DB Curl: 50 for 7.
Miltary: 140 for 8, havent tried a max.
