I don't have a fake accent orb. Actually, I'm a fantasy liturature fan, and a lot of it more based on that than actual history there. Hence the ogre walking around, the magic shows etc.

I very much enjoy it, but to each their own.

There is something about ren fests that just crack me up. i use to be in an office where there was a guy who went to them regularly in MD. He was a total dork and always reeked of what I suspect is marijuana. So my mental assocation with rene through all the dorks I met who go to them.

WHile the beer and wine tend to flow freely at the Texas Ren Fest... BBF will not be partaking, due to being on antibiotics, winstrol and carrying a lot of sharp very sharp weapons (A 5 foot longsword, a dagger with an 18" blade, several smaller daggers etc). This will be an alcohol free weekend for me.

Annabelletx on the other hand, I suspect will get quite drunk and try to take advantage of me in a dark ally or back corner of a tavern somewhere.
