Good fucking lord, look at the Dominican Republic Roster. They're gonna murder every one else. Who do you gusy think has the second best roster so far?

Does anyone plan to attend? I'll most likely attend atleast one game in the second or final rounds here in Anaheim. Would like to go to the opening rounds in Phoenix but the games are on weekdays.

The yqualify because their parents are natives of thsoe countries and I think MLB and reps from the other countries want to be ableto spread the talent so that countires like Italy that otherwise don't have much of a baseball program can atleast get some press and attention. I think it's OK for this first WBC, but they need to work those things out once it gets established and going as an international competition.

I actually hope the Dodgers trade Odalis Perez, he can be good at times but he's overpaid and inconsistent.

The Phillies need pitching and are getting desperate, they should see if they can get Abreu for him.

If Colletti can get another veteran pitcher like he says he wants, I think Odalis will be on the trading block. Colleti's been pulling some good moves so far. The Phillies would salivate at Odalis and a Dodgers pitching prospect or two (since the farm is stocked with pitching prospects).
