its easy bro

go to the mail menu, select music. You use the wheel to move the cursor up and down, hit the middle button to select, hit the top of the wheel that says "menu" to go back.

so on the main menu go MUSIC-> scroll down and select SONGS and that dumps you into a list of every song on the ipod.
