Waxy Maize question

i just got some and was curious how much you guys are using for post work out.. ive notice its between 50-80g normally. i intend to use it with 5g creatine right after work out then have whey about 30min after.

and how much is it in cup sizes.. like 50g = 1/2 cup or something like that..

for those who are curious

I only use 45g for upper body days and 60 for leg days. Maybe I'll up it and give a higher dose a try and see if it gives added benefit.
 
Damn you guys really take alot of that huh? I am just starting to try it out, been throwing 30g in all my shakes so taking in like 60-120g a day.

for those who are curious

I think 1/3 cup is equal to 40 grams. The 70cc scoop that comes with most protein is equal to 40g of the WMS. I take 40 grams pre and post workout followed by whey iso. I also get mine from Trueprotein, but JAM has it for cheaper.

you should split it up post work out from your protein shake, it will slow down the absorbtion rate of the WM. You want it to absorb ASAP.


I use 60-90g postwork out with my bcaa, glut, and creatine mixed in, then followed 15-20 min by my protein shake.
