Waxy Maize help

How's everyone?Iv'e never used waxy maize before.Do mix with you protein directly after workout and usually how much would you add to 40 grams of whey?Thanks.
 
take it separately. Take 1-2 scoops immediately post workout. Then, 15-30 mins later, take your protein. I eat 1-1.5 hours later.

this seems to work best for people. I would also mix in your bcaa's creatin and or beta with the waxy maize too.
 
2-3 scoops WMS with just water. protein 15 mins later, then a meal shortly after that. Fuck waiting an hour IMO.
 
If you are hardcore bulking, I'd go as high as 3 scoops, which is like 90 grams or so.

If you are on a cut, I'd stick to 1 scoop.

It depends on your calorie needs for your goals.
