It was already answered. Honey is just a high glycemic sugar. It depends on your, place in your diet and training, duration of training etc. I am more a fan of multiple carb sources. Honey or jam mixed with oats...something like that. Trying making his protein bars BUT us something else instead of honey to keep it low fat. You dont want fats pwo.
 
Well its hard to definitively know what you requite but since you are MONSTER size I would expect 80-100 grams pwo for your carbs and 60-75 grams of protein. When going full go in the offseason I have done 200 grams of carbs and 80 grams of protein...and used slin as pwo aid for shuttling nutrients and absorption.

Right now pre-workout I do:
6am: Var + TrenTFO
then 2 Scoops Muscle Prime(NO2), 5g Creatine, 1g L-Carnitine
6:20am: Oatmeal(w/ Flax Seed, etc.) + Whey ISO
6:30: Off to gym

Post-workout:
250ml 1% Milk
2 Tablespoons Fresh Honey
1 Tablespoon 3-6-9 Oil
2 Scoops Whey ISO (25g a scoop)
1 scoop Vege Greens
10g Creatine
5g Glutamine

It's thick as hell but tastes alright. I'm cutting right now so this makes up most of my carbs for the day. Think it sounds alright?
 
I am not a fan of milk or fats pwo. Especially the fats. Otherwise I think you did a great job.

Cool. Any reason in particular you dont like the fats PWO or you just dont respond well to it?
I could definitely leave it out and add it into my diet later in the day.
 
During your insulin spike pwo fats CAN make you fat. Same premise of avoiding fats while using slin in training. the topic has been subject to debate but better safe than sorry.

I thin 2 tablespoons mixed in works well. Its a pretty cheap. I mean the amount you get from a better protein bard is enoufh for pree or post work out.

Meh, my Big Blast with whole milk is soooo god damn tasty though... I don't know if I can quit :worried:
