Last week i talked about being to full,well this week i havent beed drinking enough water/to bloated.. i cant fit it.Trying to go to the gym i feel like a weeble woble, i cant do my crunches ect...and am uncomfortble.How much water do i need to consume to be healthy. I'm 5' 6" 175, 11.4 % BF 33yrs old(birthday) today ....Yeahhhhhhh ! :p
 
Days I lift or do sprints I take in, on average, 2 gallons. I've only been up for 4 hours and I already have 3/4th's of a gallon consumed, today was lifting day. Water settles my stomach sometimes after I do a heavy set of squats. If I push myself too hard though the water comes back up in my mouth, but only on days I really really rush myself on the squats.

Damn, that sounds like alot !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I could never fit that.i probably drink 1/2 gal..i just cant do anymore than that..
 
I do 4 and just start increasing little by little. And drink using 1 liter bottles, and just have 4 a day. And you'll get used to it. I keep track of my water intake on my log and if you only do 3 on a day move an extra one to another day ( it's just an incentive to not miss one ). So yeah, you'll get used to it. And it's very helpful!

I thought that too, when I first started drinking water. You may not need that much, I work in a factory where I can get so over-heated that my glasses fog up. That hasn't happened in awhile because things have been going so slow.

Prepare to piss like you never pissed before, though.

trying drinking the water steady during the day, only about a liter during workout, then drinking alot after your work out

Roger that, besides the obvios, what are reasons water is needed so badly, as to do with musle ect....technical shit ?
