I have a few questions about water weight, hope someone can explain to me. First, What should your water weight be? Next, I just got a body fat scale (I know its probally not the most accurate) But everytime my water weight drops down a couple of percent, it says that I have more body fat. I just dont understand, it kinda freaks me out about my progress so far, any help would be appreciated, thanks.
