What's the best "over-the-counter" pill for ridding the body of excess water.......FAST?

I just bought a bottle of this Lipo Kenetic, its suppose to help with water retention, drink a shit load of water at least a gallon a day, better if you can drink two. And do as much cardio as possible!!

cardio wont help combat water retention, preperation h will help to an extent.

OTC: Try some Dandelion Root and yes, drink lots & lots of water.

Dandelion root combined with a-lot of water will help with the water retention. But the best of all is an anti-estrogen.
