Got some pretty bad facial bloat going on. Is .25 Armidex enough or should I increase to .50. Also will a diuretic really do anything - or will it just throw my system out of wack. I have already reduced sodium, and have started postasium suppliments.
Test at 100 and Equi at 200
Let me know if you have any suggestions, or if its just an unpleasant side effect that I'll have to deal with.

Hope youve done alot of cardio before, you know what kind of extrem it is to transport a few kilo blood more through your venes?
