water retention on ECA??

Does anyone look smoother when they use ECA? It seems like I get water retention while i'm on, and then when it's effects wear off my body looks better. I guess i'm trying to hold on to as much water as I can... well in that case, time to drink by the gallon.

i dunno i guess i need to drink more water, i sweat so much since it's summer. Just walking around gets me watery.
