Water only on a Cycle?

meatyme

New member
I'm about to start a cycle with A50 and I've been reading that one should drink at least a gallon of water a day with it. The question is, does that mean water only or can one use fruit juice, soda, etc? And if one can not use any liquid other than water, why not?

Thanks for your help.

Fruit juice and soda are loaded with sugar and sodium...Not conducive to a wholsome bodybuilding diet, nor proper hydration. Drink the real deal. Cut out the shit drinks and you'll be rewarded.

Stick with only h20 the juices and almost everything else is loaded with sodium only leading to more water retention and also the juices are loaded with high fructose corn syrup. And if you want to go even farther distilled water only (minerals have been removed so yet again trying to elimanate as much sodium as possible. the body only need 500mg for bodily functions. thats basically almost one meal replacment from your boy Bill Phillips (eas) it contains like 520 so the point is you have to pay attetion to sodium content.

Water as the primary liquid is probably the best option. Ironically, drinking water helps to prevent excess water retention -- a big issue in regard to Anadrol.

At the gym, you might want to try a carb drink to provide quick energy and avoid any catabolic tendencies. You don't want to start using muscle as an energy source.

A lot depends on your diet, caloric intake, and overall goals. (You don't sound like a power-lifter, mass-at-all-cost type of guy.)

Just an idea about a carb drink and insulin. Insulin post-workout requires a high-carb drink to shuttle nutrients into muscle cells, avoid hypoglycemia, etc. Why not take the drink throughout the training session itself? And then more once you finish working out?
