I know that water is important for your health and your ability for your muscles to grow. but just how important is it? I'm on a cycle of D-bol and Aratest right now and am drinking about a half gallon of milk a day. I'm trying to drink as much water as possible but personally I hate water. Is huge intakes of water neccessary to promote water retention? And if so, exactly how much should i drink? I'm doing 20mg a day of D-bol and 800 mg of test per week. Im in the middle of week 3 and im seeing minimal water retention gains.
