just wondering if i should actually watch my overall fat levels or just saturated fat level
im bulking
 
you should increase (in %) your mono & polyunsaturated fatty acids (EFAs)
and decrease your saturated fat intakes

your overall fat depends on your diet (20-30% of your total calories is OK)
 
Try to get 10-15% of your total calories from balanced EFA's. Don't worry about the rest of your fat as long as you're not routinely over 30-35% total fat.
