Waist size

I have been cutting 2.5 weeks naturally and i have lost a couple pounds but my waist size is the same, is this normal, i am 38 right now trying to get to 34 inches, does it all go down in the end?

I were were calling myself the Terminator, I'd be putting pics of that half-Arnie/half metal skeleton with the red eye. But that's me...
 
If you're 6'4" and of a fairly big build you might not be able to get down to a 34. Just diet until you can see your abs. If you're still not at 34, it's a no go.

At your height, 36 inches should be fine, if you don't have love handles and see your six pak don't worry. Growth gut is another thing.

I am 5'5" and also trying to get my waist down, goal is 29"
 
I recently went from a 36 inch waist to a 34. I had to shed 22 lbs to get down to a 34.

I agreee, I like seeing some of the sexy avatars.

Back to the topic. I used to weigh in at 225 and wore a tight 38" pant size. I lost 50lbs and got down to 168 at my lowest and was then wearing a 34" pants size. Now I am back up to almost 230 and I am still wearing 34" pants, though I about rip out the legs and the butt if I squat down, but the point is, the waist fits. So basically, it is all where you are carrying the weight. I agree with some of the others, if you are 6'4" then be happy with your abs showing regardless of what size pants you wear. I am 6'1" and would not really mind being a 36" if my abs would show, heck I am probably going to start buying those anyways just for the legs and have to get the waist tailored. You got my by 3" in height, so if you have me by only 2 inches on the waist too, you would still probably look good.

I havent seen your picts, but feel free to repost them and then I will comment.

LOL! Yeah well, I'm a heterosexual guy, so I don't like this idea :) I'm guessing you're talking about Arnie shots.

I actually saw one where Arnie's dong is hanging out and I don't know if it's real, or edited. If it's real, boy did he let photographers very much into his private life.

No Dumbass! I was talking about naked shots of the CHICK that Term had in the avatar.
 
The last place you will lose fat is in those stubborn fat areas. You will get shredded to the bone everywhere else before your waist, lower-back, and inner thighs start to lose fat. Those places are the last places to go.

If you can see your abs, I would not worry about waist size. I dropped 49 pounds last year and only went down to a 36. Felt damn good though.
 
frame size has a lot to do with your waist size.

if your wide/big frame, chances are you'll never have a 28" waist
