2nd timer but it's been a while for this old dog. been working out for a 1 year now and i think it's time.

here's what i gots:

sust (4 grams)
deca (4 grams)
eq (2 grams)
primo (1 gram - can get more)
all pct stuff in hand

all real

i won't take orals (i like to get drunk once a week)

36 yrs old
6'2" 232 lbs 17% bf
I have a good foundation, not great. i wasn't blessed with great genetics other than my height.

goal: I want to cut bf to 12 - 13% and loose a couple of lbs at the same time. I can work out 5x per week, only in the evening. 1 1/2 hours each night is what's available to me.

how the hell do you chop yourself up without losing size?

A gram of primo is worthless.

To cut all you need is some AAS to help you maintain your muscle, you obviously need to do more research.
 
sustanon 1 injection 250mg EOD for 30 days
deca 400mg once a week for 10 weeks

save the rest for later..

if i had to do a cycle with that stuff, thats what i would do.
watch out for deca dick towards the end.

I wouldnt use those compounds myself, but thats what i would do. if you want to add the eq at 200 mg per week for 10 weeks, go ahead.

make sure your diet is in check.

use the primo in another cycle. or if you can get enough for 600mg per week, just use that instead of everything else.
 
When you say you can get more primo, I assume you mean financially.

If that's the case, get more primo, ALWAYS get more primo if you can afford to. A lot of options there if you get more primo, tending towards a 2nd cycle.

Hope you are not planning for the AAS to cut your bodyfat? Consider clen and/or cutting your bodyfat a little more naturally before beginning your cycle.

Get your bf% lower first. Second give up the one night drunk per week. If you are serious about improving your physique you will let go of the booze during your cycle. It will only hinder your gains. Choice is yours!

this message board is an unbelievable resource.

really cool peeps. i was a lurker for some time, and i obviously just decided to sign up.

the most "dangerous" thing about this board is self evident if you take some time to explore this entire website - that many a.a.s. users are level headed, highly knowledgeable and generally pretty reponsible members of society.

i'm sure the authorities are not pleased with this. lol


neway - thanks for the help to everyone who took the time to reply. i'm going to consider all of my options and your recomendations. i think michaeltt's advice might work best for me.

bowtech - life is all about tradeoffs and i'm willing to trade the downside of getting drunk once a week with the amount of pleasure it provides me. i work in the nightclub industry in nyc so it's hard to avoid.

anyway - i could hook myself up to a test suspension i.v. drip, eat anadrol tabs like skittles, eat 500 grams of protein a day and workout for 20 hours a week for 3 years and i wouldn't look as good as the dude in your avatar.

not a copout, i just don't have the same genetics that you were blessed with. lol
