Was 1-AD suppose to

I dont want to debate the whole PH thing but what was 1-AD suppose to do? was it suppose to raise your testosterone? or what gear was it trying to mimick?

I took some a gained 5 lbs LOL and yah I got all the sides yadda yadda...I just dont recall what the company was claiming.

1-androstenediol converted to 1-testosterone..i just bumped a few old posts by Patrick Arnold(the president of Ergopharm and creator of 1-AD) in the supplement section.

My first cycle ever was 4-AD and 1-AD for 6 weeks. I gained a solid 15lbs and kept most of it following a 4 week PCT consisiting mainly of Nolva and 6-OXO. It was the bread & butter of prohormone cycles.

I had decent results from 1AD. I don't recall what I gained, but I do remember some sides from it. I think I still have a bottle or two left, but it in May of '05

I'm pretty sure that S1+ stuff was underdosed and had a terrible 4-AD to 1-AD ratio.

If you plan a prohormone cycle accordingly, you will see great results. There's no reason to undermine the potential of something that converts to test and 1-test. I've only messed with prohormones and prosteroids...and saw better results than some of my friends who pinned.
