Hi, I wanted to know what would be the best to do warmup sets. I currently do the following for bench
1 set bar for 15 reps
2nd set 95lbs for 10 reps
3rd set 135 for 5 reps
4th set 185 for 3 reps
then work sets at 245lbs
Is this the best way to perform warmups. Also what would be good for the squat would it be the same as above?
