warmup sets

Hi, I wanted to know what would be the best to do warmup sets. I currently do the following for bench
1 set bar for 15 reps
2nd set 95lbs for 10 reps
3rd set 135 for 5 reps
4th set 185 for 3 reps
then work sets at 245lbs
Is this the best way to perform warmups. Also what would be good for the squat would it be the same as above?

Looks pretty good to me. I do something similar, though I don't bother with an empty bar or 95 lbs. (Maybe I should ;) .) With work sets at 245, I'd jump straight to 135 for maybe 8, 185x3-4, somewhere around 205-225x1, and take it from there.

I wouldn't sweat it too much, in any event.
