how do u warm up i was told the other day that to warm up for a heavy work out after stretching the muscles used i should use a waight that i can do for 20 reps for 10-8 easy reps then a slightly higher waight for 6 then 4 then 2 reps with larger waights that i could do a lot more reps of then what im actualy doing. is this a good way to warm up as i usualy do 20,15,12 reps lifting not that short of failur maby 2-3 reps less. 20 reps is don no wearnear failier. what would u do?
