i'm sorry, i must be a bit slow... how exactly was due-process violated? or do you think that the right of the people to a free press means that journalists are somehow exempt from following the law of america or that they are somehow unable to be called to testify when their testimony is relevant to a legal proceeding?

it's about time the journalists figured out that there is a limit to just how far they should protect their "sources."

IOW -- get real. the first amendment means the the government cannot control the media - it doesn't mean that the journalists are exempt from testifying against their "sources."
