I know this is a weird time to start cutting, but I have been bulking since i have started working out about 5 months ago. So i was wondering how would I change the routine up to start cutting. I never really got this concept. I know a lot more cardio and eating better. How does the weight training go? Do i stop it all together? My stats right now are 17y/o, 165pounds 5,6. Bf is unknown but i'm guessing it is higher then I would like it to be prolbey around 17-20 percent. Could post pics so you guys could see.
