Hey good Ef'ers it's me RickO'Shea. I've been wanting to run a Primo/Var cycle for quite some time. I'm finally going to give it a try.
A couple of things about me. I've been training very very hard for about 6-7 yrs and am 28yrs old. I weigh 195 right now at about 7% bodyfat. I eat extremely clean healthy food. I train 2-3 times a day right now.
I chose both the Primo and the Var for the mild effects that they have. I've heard many people say that they loved the pro's from both compounds and how there are very little sides with them as well.
I'm wanting to shred up a little bit more. I am not wanting to put on any more weight, so I would like to know what dose I could run of both that would give me the pros' like fat loss, without putting on any bulk. I'm a volleyball player and so I don't really want weight. I need speed and hops. I got both but I want more
