Want to know what happened to John H.?

Thought some of you might be interested to know this

John H. was a wacky guy who preached PURE muscle and had wild stories.
For those who don't know who he was
he became infamous among the bodybuilding forums as he
he racked up 5000 posts on bodybuilding.com and was a member here
for a couple months, before banned from both sites eventually.

Someone posted on BB.com a link to his new "forum home"
