Check this out . . . I have not been on the boards for a while - I try to get back on and I get a message saying I have been "deactivated" for not being on the board in over three weeks. I was using a husmail account that was also disabled. Here is where it the "bullshit" starts.
First, I never saw on elite where you are deactivated after three weeks. On the other hand Hushmail makes it very clear.
Second, I contact Elite to go plat and send an email explaining that I do not have access to my password (in husmail) and that my hushmail account is disabled. Therefore, I can not log in to go plat. I contact Elite and get a bullshit message -
"We have no control over email account and they have nothing to do with your platinum account. Please explian."
Am I missing something here? I do not have my elite password or Husmail account. I ask for a new password and never hear back.
Are there any other boards like this one that I should check out? I can not believe that these guys do not want to take my money.
