hello everyone i am new on this board i was on the fitness board all the time about 4 years ago. would like to run it up again ,,anything new out there as fair as cycles go or is it the same old thing ,,,thanks

What are your stats? age? cycling history? trainining history? diet?

I'm not being an asshole but we need some info to guide you in the right way
 
Welcome back and good luck. Watch out the A.A.S. use after that injury. If you are not careful the strength increase due to gea.r usage will definitely put a strain on your ligaments (not to mention some substances hurt joints and ligaments) you could wind up hurting yourself again. I have two friends, one with a knee injury and one with a torn rotator cuff that both ended up being worse because they jumped on the gear too soon.
 
thanks guys ,i am being careful. i am 33 about 210 right now. when i train i train hard 4 days on 1 day off. i have about 4 cycle under my belt ,about 4 years ago was my last one. it got me up to about 235lbs.looked like this
1000mg primo 250mg a shot aweek
400mg eq aweek last 5 weeks
300mg deca first 7 weeks a week
hgh 4iu 4 days on 2 days off 4 days on for 10 weeks
arimidex every day
hcg ithink it was .5 ml every 2 weeks

i am planing out a little 10 week cycle. i will not start this untill december i need all my ducks in a row and my sholder 100% before i start. being out of the game for a while i have to get a feel for where i need to get my goodies at and make sure i have every thing planed out. i am a mri and ct specialest so i have my sholder in the best of hands......
