Hi,
Here is my goal for the next months: i want to gain 10 pounds of muscle and keep it, not fat or water. I dont want to gain to much at once cause my job require not to.
I'm consistent: 3 to 5 times/week at the gym and working hard to keep what i've gain over the years since i'm ectomorph.
Any advice on what to use?
I'm 210/215lbs now, 6' , 15 years of training 3 cycles done.
