I wanted to compare what I eat on a daily basis to what some others may eat. I have set up a two day plan, what do you think? Also if anyone could post a pre-contest daily meal plan.

How long in your experience does it take you during your cutting cycle to hit 6-7% BF? Is this the same regiment you would use during that time?

I wish I was at 6-7%BF right now...I am not having the results I wanted with this cut cycle partly due to the fact that I am on high doses of test with no Anti-e's and I think I may have some estrogen relaited fat deposites on but since I started Fina I am geting lower and lower. When I vut the first time with no gear I got my BF very low and I followed this program pretty much to a tee except I ate about 100 grabs a day (all complex) and cut out as many sugars as possable.

What size chicken breasts are we talking about here Mustang? I mean I eat an 8oz breast twice a day usually with a cup of rice or something like that and I have a hard time stuffing all that down at once.

Not sure what size they are, I buy the big 4kg boxes from Costco and eat them all the time...A box lasts me a week at best LOL
