Want/Need to begin a PROPER regime to get big

Hi I am 6 ft 1 235 pounds (chubby) but strong (been working out for a few years now). I want to do a cycle...I want to get STRONG and MUSCULAR...What would be good to do in terms of a cycle, how long, what and how long for PCT, and supplements and or proteins (when and how much), vitamins, etc...? Thanks
 
Age? Diet? Training routine?
 
32 yrs. old, not any specific diet, try to watch what i eat but nothing spectacular (dont eat fast food, dont eat fried foods, dont eat anything except necessary foods approx 4 meals a day), do the gym 5 days a week (M:Chest/T:Back/W:Legs/TH:Arms/S:Shoulders) just started doing cardio (2nd day into it) going to do cardio approx 20 min. a day (after my training work out) 4 days a week (take off on LEGS day).

To be honest I think you should consider getting into the habit of a very clean and strict diet, research supplements and vitamins, and push your training until you reach your natural limit before you consider AAS. If you do decide to disregard that, I'm sure we can help you set up something.

man dieting is insane. i own two businesses have a family dieting is just not as ez 4 me as i would like it to be.. i am now doing cardio and eating clean but this is an on going mission for me...

Fitness is always an ongoing thing. Steroids are not for you if you cannot keep up with the honed diet and exercise.

so if your chubby why don't you lose the weight, then try a cycle
 
i wanna just so freakin hard to lose the weight. if i had it lost i def. can maintain it just losin 20 pounds is insanity and really hard! do you think HGH would be good?
 
Everyone was born with the same amount of time in a day,how you use it is up to you,I would suggest Morning Fasted cardio on an empty stomach 10 hrs after your last meal, the body will burn fat because the stomach is empty,this does a good hatchett job on BF, after that the demands for nutrients are hi,so have a hi protein shake,one hr later 5 egg whites a Tablespoon of peanut butter and raisin bran in a bowl of milk.
Your morning breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day, doing fasted cardio and several smaller meals a day will keep your metabolism in overdrive so you're burning fat all day!
