wanna be the bomb! PLEASE HELP

I'm 22 years old, 5'8 158lbs, appxly 12% bf. i've been lifting for appxly 5 years very seriously and consider myself to be pretty decent shape. bench press 330lbs, squat 500lbs and deadlift 500lbs, however, strength is not a primary concern and i am a long shot away from where i want to be.
i'm about a month away from my first anabolic cycle which will be a light winny eq stack. but i'd like to reach as close to my genetic limit as possible before using gear. i need a solid diet that will shred me up, maybe add a couple pounds of muscle and help shed around 5-10lbs of fat. right now i am eating very clean, six meals a day. a portion of protein, carb, a ton of water and greens twice a day. i haven't gone as far yet to time the meals nor am i doing any cardio.
any advice would be greatly appreciated!
 
158 at 12 percent bodyfat??????????bench 330 dead 500? those are great powerlifting numbers i think. that would look funny seeing your little ass lift that much weight holy shit!!!!!!!and your not even that lean 12 percent bodyfat, i almost call bullshit. oh and by the way i eat bullshit like you for breakfast shorty hahahahah
 
Damn, I'm just slightly heavier than you supposedly are, significantly leaner, and I can just bench 225.
